Tradepark Ltd were thrilled to see the opening launch of new tenants’ Society Bar and Restaurant at Norwood House earlier this month. Dave Malloy of Fizzsecco has tenanted the 10,000 sq ft prestigious building with many plans in mind. Mr Molloy's entertainment company, Fizzsecco, owns and manages a number of venues in Halifax and Bradford that are used for weddings and private parties. Dave Molloy said he hopes his cocktail bar, Society, will bring the glamour of the 1920s to the town. The Grade II award winning renovation of Norwood House has provided the idyllic backdrop to Mr Malloy’s cocktail bar and steakhouse vision. Society will also become a much sort after wedding venue with extensive grounds, and a regal setting. "Weddings are one of the things we do best and we are excited because we have never had a venue like this before."
Commenting on the addition of Society at Norwood House Claire Butters, Managing Partner of Tradepark, said “Norwood House is a stunning venue and we are excited to see it added as a main eatery/bar to the drinking and dining operators in Beverley. It is a progressive time for Beverley as a town, and we are sure Society will add to Beverley’s exciting leisure destination expansion.” The property also has planning for 14 hotel rooms which Mr Malloy has suggested is the next phase of his Society brand.
